West Ham United are reportedly keen on Mario Mandzukic.

According to The Mirror, West Ham United are interested in rescuing striker Mario Mandzukic from Juventus when the January transfer window opens.
The European transfer market may have only just ended, but there are already rumours swirling about potential deals months down the line.
One player already expected to make a move on is Juventus striker Mandzukic, who hasn’t played so far this season and has been omitted from Maurizio Sarri’s Champions League squad.
The 33-year-old will have no shortage of suitors come January, and whilst Manchester United chose not to pursue a summer deal, it’s claimed West Ham are now keen.
West Ham only have two recognised centre forwards now in Sebastien Haller and Albian Ajeti, having let Andy Carroll, Lucas Perez, Marko Arnautovic, Javier Hernandez and Jordan Hugill move on.
Manuel Pellegrini may well move for a new striker, and Mandzukic has a proven record in Italy, but it would be a surprise to see West Ham move for the Croatian.

West Ham appear to be done with the days of paying fees and big wages to players over the age of 30, instead going for players with talent and potential like Haller and Pablo Fornals.
Mandzukic would be a great player for West Ham, but juggling him and Haller could be a headache, and they’re better off sticking with their talented forward who can be a force for years to come, rather than bring in a declining Mandzukic.
