West Ham United are keen on Swansea City’s midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson but Everton are favourites to sign him.
However, it is Everton who are in the driving seat to sign the Iceland international.
Sigurdsson, 27, enjoyed an outstanding 2016/17 Premier League campaign, where his 9 goals and 13 assists helped Swansea avoid relegation.

A player of his calibre would add significant quality to the first team squad, and which is why West Ham are keen to bring him to the London Stadium.
However, the Daily Star claims that Everton are leading the race for his signature, with the player keen to link up with Ronald Koeman and his new look squad at Goodison Park.
Everton have had a £27 million opening bid rejected by Swansea for the midfielder. However, the report claims that the Toffees are hopeful of signing him in their second attempt.
