According to Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham have joined Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle in the race to sign Wilfried Singo.
What’s the story?
Well, the Italian news outlet believe West Ham recently scouted the Ivory Coast international, who has been shining for Torino.
The 21-year-old right-back’s efforts in Serie A have led to talk of Singo moving to the Premier League, with Newcastle said to be preparing a £17m bid.
Additionally, north London could be a potential destination for Singo, as Arsenal and Tottenham also fight it out for his services.
It’s no surprise to see four Premier League sides interested in the youngster, as he’s having a fine campaign in Italy.
So far this season, Singo has scored three goals in 32 Serie A appearances, while also providing four assists – impressive numbers for a defender.
Arsenal, West Ham & Newcastle could lose out to Tottenham

In our view, Tottenham are best placed to sign Singo, purely due to the presence of Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici – Director of Football at Spurs.
The pair are big names in Italian football, and know that market particularly well as they have already shown at Tottenham.
Since arriving in N17 back in June, Paratici has flexed his muscles in the Italian market by signing the likes of Pierluigi Gollini, Cristian Romero, Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur.
Clearly, he has strong contacts in Italy, so we believe Spurs are in the best position to lure Singo away from Torino.

Having said that, Newcastle now boast an absurd amount of money, after being taken over by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia.
It remains to be seen how high the Magpies will bid, however, as Eddie Howe only recently signed a right-back in Kieran Trippier.
Keep an eye on this saga, as anything could happen this summer.
