According to Calciomercato, West Ham United are one of a number of Premier League clubs interested in signing RB Leipzig forward Yussuf Poulsen this summer.
The Hammers have already added a new goalkeeper in Lukasz Fabianski as well as right back Ryan Fredericks and centre back Issa Diop, but now the attention should turn to attacking reinforcements.

Calciomercato report that West Ham are interested in signing RB Leipzig’s Yussuf Poulsen, who bagged the only goal of the game as Denmark beat Peru 1-0 in their first group game.
However, it’s noted that Premier League rivals Everton and Newcastle United also have an interest in Poulsen, meaning he could be in demand this summer having flashed ability at the World Cup.
Poulsen, 24, came up through the ranks with Lyngby in his native Denmark before heading to Leipzig in 2013, and he has racked up more than 150 appearances for the German outfit.
A giant forward at 6fr 4in tall, Poulsen has an incredible combination of height, power and speed, but inconsistent end product has plagued him throughout his time with Leipzig.
Poulsen found the net just five times last season, and whilst some teams may see him as a winger, clubs should be wary of seeing him as a goalscoring striker, because they may be left disappointed.
