The Club Brugge ace is reportedly attracting attention from West Ham United.
According to a report from Belgian media outlet Voetbal Nieuws, West Ham are interested in signing Club Brugge midfielder Marvelous Nakamba, as Manuel Pellegrini continues his summer rebuild at the London Stadium.
The Chilean has already spent close to £100 million this summer, but central midfield is still seemingly an area where he wants to strengthen ahead of the new Premier League season.
And according to Belgian publication Voetbal Nieuws, Brugge midfield destroyer Marvelous Nakamba features highly on the Hammers’ wish-list.
Good signing for West Ham?
The 24-year-old Zimbabwe international is an absolute beast of a central midfielder, a true warrior, and his aggressive and tenacious playing style would certainly bring something different to what Pellegrini currently has at his disposal at the London Stadium.
The wonderfully named Marvelous Nakamba possesses energy in abundance, and he would add a much needed sense of youth and verve to the Hammers’ midfield.
According to Transfer Markt, the 24-year-old is valued at £7.1 million, and if West Ham manage to pick him up for that amount, it would surely have to be considered as excellent value for money for the east London outfit.
