West Ham United are said to be interested in snapping up Yaya Toure.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, West Ham United are now in talks with Yaya Toure.
Toure’s agent has stated how he wants to stay in England, although his first choice would be to join a top six side.
However, West Ham are hoping that they can convince the Ivorian to move to the London Stadium.

For his part, Toure is said to be keen to link back up with West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini.
Toure worked with the Chilean at Manchester City earlier in his career, and Pellegrini got the best out of him.
West Ham are eager to improve their midfield options, with Toure identified as a potentially good option.

West Ham have also been linked with the likes of Felipe Anderson, Jack Wilshere and Joao Mario in recent times, with Pellegrini expected to be backed with funds.
Agreeing a deal with Toure could still be tough though, as he was on a £220,000-a-week contract with City, meaning he may have to take a wage cut to join the Hammers this summer.
