West Ham United are reportedly far along in their bid to bring the teenage talent to East London.

Manuel Pellegrini hinted on Saturday that West Ham United may be signing more players this summer.
The Chilean, who has brought four players to the club so far, revealed that his squad is ‘almost complete’ in what could be interpreted as a clue of more arrivals.
And one of them could be someone who was recently on Paris Saint-Germain’s radar, if rumours are believed.
According to Get French Football News, West Ham are in ‘concrete talks’ with free agent Bilel Hassaini.
The 18-year-old winger is available on a Bosman after his contract with Nancy expired.
GFFN added that Hassaini was set to join PSG earlier this summer, but the transfer collapsed after a change in Sporting Directors.
The report does not indicate whether West Ham view him as one for the future or if he’d go straight into Pellegrini’s senior squad.
He is the second player linked to the Irons in as many days after The Daily Star claimed that the East Londoners were ‘confident’ of signing Porto marksman Moussa Marega to challenge record-signing Sebastien Haller.
