West Ham are reportedly looking towards Chelsea for January reinforcements.

According to The Telegraph, West Ham United have held talks with Chelsea about signing at least four players, with Asmir Begovic, Branislav Ivanovic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Dominic Solanke named as targets.
The Hammers continue to struggle in the Premier League this season, as they managed to throw away a 2-1 lead at Tottenham Hotspur to lose 3-2, conceding two late goals to Harry Kane in a disastrous end to the game.
Slaven Bilic’s men sit just one point clear of the relegation zone, and the Croatian is coming under increasing pressure after so many disappointing performances – though many fans blame the summer recruitment.
If the Hammers are to recover their season, then better signings must be made in January – and it seems that the club have already been making moves ahead of the next transfer window.

The Telegraph report that West Ham have already held talks with Chelsea over deals for a number of players, with four potential signings named; Asmir Begovic, Branislav Ivanovic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Dominic Solanke.
Bilic decided to drop goalkeeper Adrian for Saturday’s trip to Tottenham, with Darren Randolph coming in for him, but Bosnian international Begovic would be a marked improvement on both players having starred in the Premier League with former club Stoke City.

Another problem position for Bilic has been at right back, where summer signing Alvaro Arbeloa has made little impact, whilst January addition Sam Byram has yet to really get going in the Premier League, meaning an experienced head like Serbian Ivanovic – who is out of contract at the end of the season – could aid West Ham’s defensive problems.
Finally, young talents Loftus-Cheek and Solanke have been tipped for bright futures at Chelsea but need first-team football, and any moves to Chelsea would surely be loan moves given how highly thought of they are at Stamford Bridge.
