West Ham United are on the look-out for a new striker with Marko Arnautovic facing an uncertain future at the London Stadium.

According to a report from Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato, West Ham’s striker search continues to rumble on, but the east London outfit have narrowed down their list of targets to just two players – Roma’s Edin Dzeko and Torino’s Andrea Belotti.
The Hammers were linked with a move for Dzeoko, 32, earlier this week, with the Daily Star reporting that the Bosnia international features highly on Manuel Pellegrini’s January wish-list.
Meanwhile, Italian publication Tuttosport suggested that West Ham are serious about signing Belotti, 25, but they will have to pay close to £40 million to get the real done.
And now Calcio Mercato claims that the Hammers will almost certainly move for one of the two strikers this month, although they will allegedly prioritise a move for Dzeko, given the fact that he has experience of playing in the Premier League.
Both the Roma hitman and Torino striker are considered to be world-class, and either one would undoubtedly improve West Ham’s attack.
They both won’t come cheap, however, although with the windfall that the Hammers will receive if Marko Arnuatovic does end up leaving, that should not pose too much of a problem for them.

In spite of Dzeko’s Premier League experience, Belotti is a lot younger, and it could be argued that the Italian would actually be the better option.
Both are clinical finishers, and most West Ham fans would surely be delighted with either of the two strikers arriving at the London Stadium this month.
