It’s claimed that Inter boss Luciano Spalletti sees Karamoh as completely ‘non-transferrable’ this summer, despite giving the youngster very limited playing time last season.
Karamoh, 19, joined Inter on loan from French side Caen last summer, with a permanent move to come, and West Ham would want Inter to activate that clause and then move him on.
The Ivorian-born France Under-21 international started just five games last season and made a further 12 substitute appearances, displaying pace, skill and real potential.
Inter understandably want to keep hold of Karamoh when they activate their purchase clause, and West Ham would face a major battle attempting to convince all parties to strike a deal in a complicated move.
