According to the Express, West Ham, Wolves and Crystal Palace are all interested in signing Stoke’s Harry Souttar this summer.

The report claims that the Premier League trio have all scouted the 22-year-old regularly in recent months.

The Express add that it would take a significant bid for Stoke to allow one of their best players to leave this summer.

Souttar – who is the brother of Scotland international John Souttar – actually plays for the Australia national team, despite being born in Aberdeen.

Impressively, the Stoke No.36 has scored four goals for the Socceroos in just two appearances – he clearly has an eye for goal, despite being a defender.

Souttar has made 37 appearances in all competitions for the Potters this season, scoring one goal while recording three assists.

You may not know much about the centre-back, but thankfully, the Daily Mail‘s Secret Scout published a report on him back in December.

The Daily Mail described Stoke’s 6ft 6in colossus as a player whose short passing was ‘crisp’ while there was no doubting his ability on the ball.

However, the Secret Scout adds that Souttar looks quite slow to sort his feet when a ball is bouncing awkwardly around him.

However, the Secret Scout conceded that this was an observation they would’ve made about Harry Maguire a few years ago, and look where he is now.

Within the piece, the Daily Mail also reveal that Souttar’s value is £2 million.

He certainly sounds like a player with a bright future ahead of him.

With three Premier League clubs interested, keep an eye on this saga over the summer.
