Colchester United are said to be awaiting a response from the West Ham United and Leicester City target regarding a new contract.

West Ham United and Leicester City are tracking the teenage Colchester United midfielder, Noah Chilvers, according to The Sun.
Chilvers made his debut for the U’s first-team last month, just weeks after his 18th birthday, and the newspaper claims he’s been offered a two-year professional contract which the League Two side want him to sign this summer.
Should he fail to do so, however, he could then join the likes of West Ham or Leicester without Colchester’s blessing – although the U’s would be due training compensation from any English club that were to land Chilvers, which is usually six or seven figures.
And both West Ham and Leicester are expected to test their resolve, having earmarked Chilvers as a potential Premier League star of the future.

The central or attacking midfield player is said to have impressed for the Essex side’s Under-23s this season, leading to senior level involvement.
Would Chilvers be a good addition for West Ham United or Leicester City?
