West Ham United and Celtic have reportedly checked on the Irishman, whose contract contains a six-figure release clause. Could he be bound for the London Stadium or Parkhead next season?

West Ham United and Celtic are keeping tabs on Cork City striker Sean Maguire, according to the Scottish Sun.
The Irishman scored his ninth goal in 11 games this season on Friday, after hitting 29 last term.
English Championship side Preston North End have already admitted an interest in Maguire, whose contract expires at the end of the calendar year and contains a £150,000 buy-out clause.
However, interest from top flight West Ham, who released Maguire in 2015 following a two-year spell in east London, and Scottish champions Celtic could deal a blow to the Lilywhites’ chances.

The 22-year-old would not be the first League of Ireland player to catch West Ham’s eye in recent months, with the Hammers also credited with an interest in Daryl Horgan before the winger’s move from Dundalk to Preston.

Celtic are no strangers to the Irish market themselves, bringing Paddy McCourt, Michael Duffy and Eoghan O’Connell to Glasgow throughout the past 10 years.
Brendan Rodgers’ Bhoys could face a battle to hold on to top scorer Moussa Dembele this summer and, at £150,000, Maguire would be a low-risk alternative to the Frenchman.
Would Maguire be a good signing for West Ham United/Celtic?
