The West Ham United midfielder is being linked with a move back to Italy.

According to a report from Italian outlet 1000 Cuori Rossoblu, Bologna are interested in signing West Ham ace Pedro Obiang this summer.
The Spaniard joined the Hammers from Sampdoria in the summer of 2015, for a fee believed to be worth £4.3 million according to the Telegraph, and he has gone on to make 116 appearances in all competitions for the east London outfit.
Obiang is a popular figure at West Ham, but should they receive a decent offer for his services, it would be no surprise to see him leave this summer.
Manuel Pellegrini will undoubtedly be looking to bring in some real quality this summer, and if given the chance to bolster his transfer kitty by moving on someone who is nothing more than a squad player, he will surely do just that.

West Ham do have plenty of options in the middle of the park, so they will not miss Obiang, but his time in east London will be remembered fondly by the club’s fans.
His wonder goal against Tottenham in January 2018 firmly cemented his place as a fan favourite at the London Stadium, but it seems as though his time in the east end of London could now be up.
