West Bromwich Albion are said to be set to appoint Darren Moore in the near future.

West Brom are set to appoint Moore as their new manager in the next few days, after the caretaker boss impressed during his time in interim charge.
Moore came in to replace Alan Pardew towards the back end of the season, and almost gave West Brom hope of completing a remarkable escape.

The rookie manager led the Baggies to victory over Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, and picked up a point against Liverpool.
Moore’s work was so impressive that both Barry and Brunt approached West Brom’s board to tell them to appoint him.

And it seems that Albion have now been convinced that Moore is the right man to take them forward.
West Brom had considered the likes of Michael Appleton and Dean Smith, but they have settled upon Moore to take them forward next season.
Albion go into the campaign among the favourites for promotion, as they seek an immediate return to the Premier League.
