West Bromwich Albion are said to be keen to snap up Andy King from Leicester City.

Darren Moore the head coach

According to the Daily Mail, West Bromwich Albion boss Darren Moore has made Leicester City midfielder Andy King his top target in January.

Moore is eager to add a new central midfielder to West Brom’s ranks, and he believes that King fits in perfectly with what is needed.

The Baggies are said to want to bring in more energy in January, and King’s all-action style has made him a stand out candidate to join.

The Welsh international may well be eager to make the move to the Hawthorns, as he has been starved of action this season.

King has not featured once in the Premier League, and is said to be desperate to get back playing regularly again.

Although King would like to stay in the top flight, he is believed to be willing to make the drop to the Championship.

West Brom are currently in fifth place in the second tier standings, and are expected to make additions in the new year to help strengthen their promotion push.
