Celtic and West Bromwich Albion reportedly want Preston North End’s Alex Neil.

West Brom are on the hunt for a permanent manager following the departure of Darren Moore last month.
It has been reported The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 61, April 7, 2019) that West Brom have already been turned down by Preston North End regarding an approach for Neil and will have to wait until the summer to try again.
Competition for Celtic
Celtic have also been linked with Neil, who has been in charge of Hamilton Academical and Norwich City in the past.
Last month, The Daily Mail claimed that the Preston manager is a contender for the Celtic managerial role.

The Glasgow giants appointed Neil Lennon as their manager until the end of the season following the departure of Brendan Rodgers to Leicester City in the Premier League.
With West Brom reportedly interest in Neil, it does appear that Celtic will have competition for the 37-year-old.
