Rowley could be West Bromwich Albion bound after Arsenal appointed a new chief scout last month.

West Bromwich Albion are ‘eyeing a swoop’ for Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley, the Mirror reports on page 49 of its Monday printed edition.
The Telegraph reported last month that Rowley will step down from his Emirates Stadium post, which he is understood to have held for longer than 35 years.
However, his departure has yet to be officially confirmed by Arsenal, despite the appointment of Sven Mislintat from Borussia Dortmund a fortnight ago.

Mislintat had held a similar position at Signal Iduna Park, for whom he helped to recruit Robert Lewandowski, Shinji Kagawa, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ousmane Dembele.
Rowley, though, could soon be back in work at West Brom, whose new boss Alan Pardew will be keen to add to the squad he recently inherited from Tony Pulis in January.

And Rowley’s expertise could come in handy to the Baggies, who have already raided Arsenal once this year to sign left-back Kieran Gibbs.
Would Rowley be a good appointment for West Bromwich Albion?
