West Bromwich Albion could frustrate Aston Villa if they sign Kortney Hause from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Villa had made the first move to sign Hause from Wolves, but their failure to seal a deal has given West Brom an opportunity and Darren Moore wants his side to step in.
Villa were aiming to sign Hause for £2 million, but Wolves want far more money than that for the centre-back, and West Brom may be more willing to pay it.
The transfer is considered a ‘bold move’ by the Mail, who claim that Moore feels that Hause could be a great addition at the Hawthorns.

West Brom have already frustrated Villa in the transfer market this season by landing goalkeeper Sam Johnstone in the summer.
And if West Brom were able to bring in the Wolves defender it would be annoy Dean Smith’s side even more.
Villa are determined to make additions to their backline this month, but their proposed deal for Hause is now in significant doubt, and they may be forced to look elsewhere.
