Rangers have been linked with Kevin McDonald, with Football.London reporting earlier this month that Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers have been in talks regarding the transfer of the Fulham midfielder.
With the signing of Steven Davis from Southampton on loan this month and the fact that Rangers are also quite stocked up in the midfield department, it remains to be seen if the Gers will sign the 30-year-old midfielder.
If Rangers are still interested in the Scotland international midfielder, then they are set to face competition, according to a report in The Telegraph today.
According to The Telegraph, West Bromwich Albion in the Championship in England are interested in singing McDonald in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Fulham will allow the former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield United midfielder to leave on loan this month.
According to WhoScored, McDonald has made seven starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Fulham so far this season.
The former Dundee midfielder made 45 appearances in the Championship for the Cottagers last season, scoring three goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
