The 28-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, joined the Baggies from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £13 million.

According to Spotrac.com, the Belgium international earns £60,000 per week as salary at West Brom.

Summer exit

Chadli is a very good attacking player, and it is hard to see the former Tottenham man remain at The Hawthorns beyond the summer.

The 28-year-old is good enough to carry on playing in the Premier League, and one suspects that clubs from the English top flight will be interested in securing his services in the summer transfer window, especially now that it has been reported that he will be available for £17m.
