West Bromwich Albion reportedly want to sign Alberth Elis during the January transfer window.

The Baggies are hoping to sign the 22-year-old, who scored 11 goals and contributed nine assists in Major League Soccer last season with Houston Dynamo.
Elis has now scored 22 league goals across two seasons in MLS. And Darren Moore is seemingly hoping that he can come to The Hawthorns to boost West Brom’s promotion bid.

It would be a blow for West Brom to miss out on signing Elis. The Baggies have been lethal in the Championship this season, but are currently looking for a replacement for Harvey Barnes after his loan spell came to an end.
The youngster would certainly make the division’s top scorers even more dangerous. So West Brom supporters may well be keeping their fingers crossed that getting a work permit does not prove to be a big problem for Moore’s men.
