The Independent reports that West Brom are battling Everton and West Ham for his signature.
You would imagine that a move to The Hawthorns is only a possibility if Slaven Bilic’s side are promoted to the Premier League.
Then again, with Lingard joining £22 million Brazil international Everton Soares on the Baggies wish list (AreaNapoli), it seems that West Brom are preparing for life back in the big time.
