West Bromwich Albion could cash in on their stars if they are unable to avoid relegation to the Championship.

West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Numancia striker Guillermo amid interest in Salomon Rondon and Jay Rodriguez from rival Premier League clubs, according to the Sun.
The report claims Albion are looking at a £2 million deal for the 24-year-old – whose full name is Guillermo Fernandez Hierro.
Guillermo began his career with local side Athletic Club de Bilbao, but has played most of his football outside of Spain’s top flight, with Leganes, Elche and Numancia – for whom he has scored seven goals in 29 games this season, including two in the cup against Real Madrid.

However, his tally is still lower than that of both Rondon and Rodriguez – eight and nine, respectively – who the Sun reports are among those ‘likely to be picked off’ following West Brom’s anticipated relegation, while another Baggies striker, Daniel Sturridge, is expected to return to his parent club, Liverpool.
Planning for the Championship?
Given Guillermo’s goalscoring record, a move to the Premier League is perhaps a bridge too far for the Basque, despite his experience in Spain’s equivalent division.
Although some West Brom fans may still have doubts about his ability to make waves at a lower level.
Would Guillermo be a worthwhile signing for the Baggies?
