Kurt Zouma could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge this summer, with West Brom among the number of clubs thought to be interested, reports Transfermarketweb.

The 22-year-old has found playing time limited at Chelsea this season, making only nine Premier League appearances, only three of which he started.

Antoine Conte opted for a back-three of Gary Cahill, David Luiz and Cesar Azpilicueta on the road to winning the Premier League crown in his debut season as Zouma struggled to get a look in.

The former Saint-Etienne defender has the ability to make it in the Premier League and West Brom should sign him to partner the experienced Jonny Evans next season.

The Baggies are in short supply of centre-backs, with Evans and Craig Dawson their only options under 30 after Marc Wilson returned to parent club Bournemouth from his loan spell.

The addition of Zouma would not only add numbers to Pulis’s side, but also a strong physical presence and aerial threat both defensively and offensively.

The Chelsea defender would also add versatility to West Brom’s defensive options, as he is able to play as a holding midfielder or in the right-back position.

The Frenchman would fit in perfectly to the physical playstyle that Tony Pulis employs at West Brom and the experience of 29-year-old Evans could go a long way to helping Zouma develop his game and ultimately help push the Baggies higher up the Premier League table, even if he can only be brought in on loan.
