Andy Yiadom was close to joining both Swansea City and Huddersfield Town in the summer but could finally get his Premier League chance with West Brom.

Andy Yiadom has been forced to wait in order to get his chance in the Premier League. As reported by the Wales Online, the Barnsley full-back was close to joining newly promoted Huddersfield Town in the summer transfer window, only to fail his medical.
And a deadline day switch to Swansea City also fell through, the report adds, as the required paperwork was not completed in time.
Yiadom, then, may be hoping for better luck during the January transfer window with another Premier League club now hoping to make the Ghana international a top flight player.

The Birmingham Mail reports that West Brom are interested in signing the £2.5 million-rated right-back, with Baggies technical director Nicky Hammond watching on as Barnsley beat Burton Albion 4-2 in midweek.
Yiadom will be out of contract at the end of this season and is understood to have rejected a new deal. Therefore, Barnsley could be forced to cash in on a player they signed on a free transfer from Barnet back in the summer of 2016.

The 25-year-old, who only recently returned after two month out with injury, would give West Brom manager Tony Pulis further options at right back with Craig Dawson struggling with a knee problem and Allan Nyom often forced to fill in on the left.
After the disappointment of failed moves to Huddersfield and Swansea, will it be third time lucky for Yiadom in January?
