Celtic and West Brom are reportedly in a battle to sign £7m Eupen attacker Henry Onyekuru.

According to The Mirror, West Bromwich Albion are preparing a summer move to sign Eupen attacker Henry Onyekuru – but Celtic are allegedly planning a new bid too.
Onyekuru, 19, joined Belgian side Eupen from the Aspire Academy in Qatar back in 2015, and helped the club win promotion to the Jupiler Pro League last season.
This season, the Nigerian has exploded onto the scene, hitting an impressive 18 goals in 34 games, whilst also grabbing seven league assists in a productive campaign.
Capable of playing up front or out wide, the pacey Onyekuru is unsurprisingly attracting major interest, with a summer departure from Eupen all but guaranteed.
Now, The Mirror report that West Brom are keen to land Onyekuru, and whilst they’re preparing a summer move, Celtic are also allegedly planning a new bid having failed with a £1million offer in January.
Celtic were looking to beat the competition to Onyekuru’s signature by landing him in January, but Eupen stood firm – and are now believed to want around £7million for the attacker’s signature this summer.

Whether Celtic can afford to pay that remains to be seen, but the Bhoys now face competition from West Brom, with manager Tony Pulis allegedly sending Baggies scouts to watch Onyekuru in action.
West Brom may have improved going forward this season, but Salomon Rondon’s four-month goal drought and the desire for more pace means that Onyekuru is a new target for the Baggies, and they will hope that the Premier League money can trump Celtic’s Champions League status in the race for his signature.
