Ivanovic had been a stalwart of the Blues side for the previous eight seasons before this campaign, but has found opportunities much more difficult to come by under Antonio Conte. The 32-year-old has made 13 Premier League appearances this term, but has started on just six occasions.

A previous report from the Mail suggested that Chelsea were likely to allow the Serbian to leave Stamford Bridge this month, with Everton linked with making a move.
However, it now appears that the Toffees will have competition from a handful of their top flight rivals in the race to land the defender’s signature.

The Mail reports that West Brom, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace are keeping an eye on developments regarding the veteran. And while Chelsea may have few qualms about moving him on, there is no question that the Baggies would be strengthened by his arrival.
Ivanovic has won practically everything with the Blues, including the Premier League and Champions League, so that winning mentality could help Tony Pulis’ men capitalise on their current position in the table.
