West Bromwich Albion are reportedly in talks with Sheffield United over the potential signing of the goalkeeper.

According to a report from the Express & Star, West Brom hope to complete a deal to sign Sheffield United goalkeeper Simon Moore in the next few days.
Darren Moore seems to have installed belief and excitement back into the Baggies squad, following his appointment as manager at the end of last season, and he has already been busy with incoming transfers this summer.
The 44-year-old has brought in Sam Johnstone, Kyle Bartley, Jonathan Bond and Harvey Barnes and a fifth signing could be close to completion, according to the Express & Star.
The local newspaper claims that West Brom remain locked in talks with Sheffield United over the potential signing of Simon Moore, and the Baggies are hopeful that a deal can be struck over the coming days.
If Moore arrives at the Hawthorns, it would be a bitter pill to swallow for fellow Baggies new-boy Jonathan Bond.
With Sam Johnstone already at West Brom, there will be real competition for places in the goalkeeping department, and Bond could very well be the one who is sacrificed from the match-day squads.

The Daily Mail claims that West Brom are hoping to secure a cut-price deal for Moore.
The stopper joined Sheffield United form Cardiff City in 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £500k, but the Baggies are hoping to obtain his signature for considerably less than that amount.
