West Brom are looking to sign Marc Wilson on a permanent deal.
Wilson joined the Cherries last summer for a fee of £2 million, as reported by the Daily Mail, but has not made a single Premier League appearance under Eddie Howe.
In the January transfer window, he joined West Brom on loan, and made four Premier League appearances.
Tony Pulis celebrates
Wilson spent three years in Stoke City under Tony Pulis, and the Baggies boss is keen to link up with him again.
The report claims that West Brom tried to secure a permanent deal for the Republic of Ireland defender at the end of last season.
They have returned again and are currently holding talks over a possible permanent switch.
Wilson has a year left on his current deal, and Bournemouth will be demanding a fee in the region of £1 million to secure the move.
He has made 25 appearances for his country since his debut in 2011.
It has been reported that he wants to move further North so that he and his young family could return to his family home in Knutsford.
