According to The Mirror, West Bromwich Albion have joined Brighton and Newcastle the race to sign Arsenal left back Kieran Gibbs.
Gibbs, 27, came up through the ranks with the Gunners having left Wimbledon in 2004, and has now racked up more than 200 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions.

The left back has struggled with injuries over the years, but he has managed to win ten caps for England, with his last international appearances coming in 2015.
This term, Gibbs made 22 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions, but with just eight Premier League starts, it may now be time for the defender to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Now, The Mirror report that West Bromwich Albion have now joined the race to sign Gibbs, with newly-promoted duo Brighton and Newcastle believed to be keen as well.
West Brom have endured a number of problems at left back, with Chris Brunt arguably better further forward, Allan Nyom somewhat uncomfortable on his weaker side and Brendan Galloway a flop loan signing from Everton.

Gibbs could fit the bill for the Baggies if they can convince him to make the move, but Newcastle could be a strong competitor given that Achraf Lazaar has struggled, and Gibbs would be an upgrade on current left back Paul Dummett.
Brighton could be an option if Gibbs prefers to stay in the south, with Arsenal potentially fielding a number of calls for the left back, who will be pushed down the pecking order when Schalke’s Sead Kolasinac arrives in North London this summer.
