West Bromwich Albion could be closing in on their second signing of the summer.

According to a report from Sky Sports, West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United have agreed a fee for striker Diafra Sakho.
The Senegal international has played 50 times for the Hammers, scoring 19 goals in the process. However last season was blighted by a serious hamstring injury and he has now seemingly been deemed surplus to requirements by West Ham boss Slaven Bilic.

The Hammers need to sign a new striker or two themselves despite the recent arrival of Ashley Fletcher. But it seems they are no longer waiting to bring someone in before sanctioning Sakho’s exit.
West Brom have been quiet in the transfer window to date, adding only winger Matt Phillips this summer, but the latest report from Sky Sports suggests Baggies boss Tony Pulis is closing in on another quality addition.

At his best Sakho is a fine striker and he could take The Hawthorns by storm if he plays to his full potential and stays injury-free.
