Watford are reportedly interested in signing Daryl Janmaat from Newcastle United in the summer transfer window.

Watford are interested in signing Daryl Janmaat from Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to The Sunday People.
It has been reported that Janmaat is ready to leave Championship outfit Newcastle this summer.
Premier League side Watford are claimed to be preparing an offer to sign the 26-year-old Netherlands international defender.

Janmaat has been on the books of Newcastle since the summer of 2014 and has a contract with the Magpies until June 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The former Feyenoord right-back scored two goals and created 25 chances in 32 Premier League appearances for Newcastle last season.
The former Heerenveen defender had a pass accuracy of 74% and a shot accuracy of 73%, and won 26 headers, 38 dribbles and 62 tackles.

Newcastle will feature in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
Janmaat is a decent right-back, and he is still good enough to play in the Premier League and would be a good signing for Watford.
