Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Burnley and Watford are reportedly interested in Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley in the January transfer window.
Watford are interested in signing Tom Cleverley from Everton in the January transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
It has been reported that Watford have asked for the former Manchester United midfielder.
“Watford may enquire again at the end of the window in the hope Cleverley will be allowed to leave on loan,” adds the report in The Daily Mail.
It has also been reported that Newcastle United, Burnley and Aston Villa also want the 27-year-old in January.
Cleverley is struggling for playing time at Everton at the moment and has been able to play just 10 times in the Premier League so far this season.
The 27-year-old has been on the books of the Toffees since the summer of 2015 when he joined on a free transfer following his departure from Manchester United.
During the 2015-16 season, the Englishman has scored two goals and created 23 chances in 22 Premier League for Everton.
Ronald Koeman’s side are seventh in the league table at the moment with 30 points from 20 matches.
The Merseyside outfit are unlikely to finish in the top six of the Premier League this season, but the Toffees are certainly capable of ending up seventh.
