Both Watford and Crystal Palace are being linked with moves for the Spanish goalkeeper.

Watford and Crystal Palace have approached Getafe about signing goalkeeper Vicente Guaita, reports Marca.
Guaita is out of contract at the end of the campaign, and could be signed for nothing on a deal from next season.
According to Marca, however, Watford and Palace could pay around €4 million (£3.6 million) to bring him to the Premier League six months early.
Turkish giants Besiktas are also credited with interest in the 30-year-old, but it is Crystal Palace who are said to be ‘best placed’ for his signature, having made their approach ‘in the last hours’.

Palace are, arguably, in greater need of Guaita’s services, with Julian Speroni and Wayne Hennessey struggling for form and in the last six months of their deals.

Heurelho Gomes, whose contract expires at the end of next season, remains Watford’s first choice, although the Hornets could lose back up option Orestis Karnezis at the end of his loan from Udinese.
Would Guaita be a good signing for Watford / Crystal Palace?
