Tottenham youngster could be the club’s best option this weekend.

This is despite the recent addition of Serge Aurier from PSG.
Aurier’s international double header with Ivory Coast means he is yet to train or work with head coach Mauricio Pochettino at all.
Kieran Trippier is also battling injury after being sent home from the England squad with an ankle problem.

It is the same ankle Trippier injured in pre-season and he is due to be re-assessed to see if he will be passed fit for this weekend.
The combination of Aurier and Trippier not being ready could well see Walker-Peters make his second career start for Tottenham.
He made his debut on the opening weekend of the season against Newcastle United, a 2-0 victory.

Walker-Peters earned a man of the match award for his display but his prospects took a bleaker turn with the addition of Aurier, and he was dropped as soon as Trippier was passed fit, even though Spurs are yet to win any of those two games.
The match at Everton will be an even bigger test for Walker-Peters, but it will be a good challenge for him to show that Mauricio Pochettino should not forget about him despite the strong competition for places.
