Reports in Spain have suggested that La Liga side Villarreal are hoping to flog midfielder Alfred N’Diaye in the winter – with contact already made with Championship side Fulham.
It is reported by Don Balon that the Yellow Submarine are hoping to send him on his way in January. In an ideal world, they would like to recoup a transfer fee for the player but understand that a loan exit is far more likely for the Senegalese international.

The report states that N’Diaye’s representatives have sent Fulham a video of his performances from his successful stint at Real Betis – where he thrived in the Spanish top-flight.
He joined Villarreal in the summer but has not managed to make any impact at the club so far. He has previously played in England, a forgettable stint at Sunderland in the 2013-14 season.

Fulham are currently eighth in the Championship and certainly in the hunt for promotion from the second tier under the management of Slavisa Jokanovic.
N’Diaye would be an interesting signing in their bid to earn promotion and could add some real solidity to their midfield position.
