According to 90Min, Leeds United want to sign Adama Traore from Wolverhampton Wanderers in a rather bold move.
It’s claimed that Traore is considering leaving Wolves in January to ensure he is playing first-team football ahead of the European Championships.
The winger has been in and out of the Wolves side this season amid ongoing uncertainty surrounding his contract, with something of a stand-off materialising.
Traore seemingly won’t sign until he’s playing more football, and Wolves don’t want to give him more playing time until he signs a big new deal.
Leeds now want to sign Traore and offering him an escape route from Molineux, with Victor Orta a huge fan having signed him for Middlesbrough in 2016.
Marcelo Bielsa likes the Spanish wide man too, but just how Leeds would manage to afford such a move remains to be seen.

The San Francisco 49ers are set to pump more money into Leeds, but Wolves would be demanding at least £40million for Traore – a huge comedown from the £70million they wanted.
Do Leeds need another winger? They splashed out big money for Raphinha over the summer and could yet sign Jack Harrison permanently, so landing Traore for a huge fee would be strange.
Still, Traore’s pace would make Leeds and even bigger threat going forward, and Orta fancying a reunion is no great shock having seen his progress since that move to Boro.
