Danny Rose was left off of Tottenham Hotspur’s pre-season tour, with his exit from White Hart Lane now looking more likely.

Rose has been linked with an exit from Tottenham, and it seems that his move away from White Hart Lane is a step closer now.
Spurs have decided against taking Rose with them on pre-season, as they allow him to seek a move back in England.
The decision has not been unanimously popular among Tottenham fans, as Rose was so key to their season last term.
However, Rose is said to have accepted Mauricio Pochettino’s verdict.
The left-back reportedly has not allowed Pochettino’s decision to have impacted on his relationship with the Tottenham boss, with the pair still sharing a mutual respect for each other.

It could be that Rose comes back into Tottenham’s team if they fail to find a buyer, with Spurs looking for £25 million for the left-back.
Rose is said to prefer to move back up north if he does leave this summer.
Letting Rose go is a major risk for Tottenham, as he looked to be getting back to his very best towards the end of last season.
However, the England international is reaching the twilight of his career now, and Pochettino may want a more reliable crosser of the ball in the final third.
