Everton are said to be interested in snapping up Southampton defender Cedric Soares.

Marco Silva has suggested that Everton don’t have the funds to bring in new players, but the Southampton right-back has been said to be on their radar.
The Sun (print edition, page 53, Friday, January 11, 2019) has reported that Everton are willing to pay £15 million for the Southampton full-back.
And the Daily Echo suggest that offer could be enough to make Southampton sit up and take notice.

Cedric has played fairly regularly for Southampton recently, but Ralph Hassenhuttl is not fully convinced by him yet.
When Ryan Bertrand returns from injury, he is expected to come straight back into Southampton’s line-up, leaving Cedric likely to be left on the substitutes’ bench again.
And Southampton are now said to be considering cashing in on the Portuguese international, with Everton seemingly the most likely side to make an offer.
