Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has made his first signing of the summer by bringing in Jonny Hayes.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Brendan Rodgers is still hoping to add another winger at Celtic this summer.
Rodgers has made Jonny Hayes his first addition of the transfer window, with the 29-year-old signing for Celtic last week.
However, Hayes could already face a fight for his place in Celtic’s starting line-up, as Rodgers wants to improve his attack further.
Celtic are still aiming to bring in another wide-man, before the new season starts.
The Bhoys had the best attack in Scotland last term, but Rodgers is keen not to rest on his laurels.
Celtic are now set to invest heavily this summer, with a winger said to be on Rodgers’ shopping list.
Celtic’s competitive campaign begins on 10th July, when they play in Champions League qualification, so Rodgers may be hoping to have his business completed by that point.
Celtic have recently been linked with Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham in the Scottish Sun.
