Tottenham are chasing Giovani Lo Celso.

Tottenham Hotspur are still trying to sign Real Betis attacker Giovani Lo Celso.
Lo Celso was left off Betis’ pre-season tour this week, not included among their list of players to travel to Mexico.
No official reason was given, whether this was transfer related, or to do with his involvement at the Copa America.
Spanish outlet InformaBetis report Lo Celso’s omission was connected to his transfer.
Betis entered the week expecting Lo Celso would be sold to Tottenham, and held off on him travelling.

The report notes that negotiations have ‘slowed’, and Lo Celso could yet join up with the squad at a later date.
Betis are planning for his sale, and have lined up a move for striker Borja Iglesias.
The Spanish side need the funds from Tottenham to finance a move for the Espanyol striker.
The signs are pointing in Tottenham’s favour, but they have to meet Betis halfway, and agree a fee. This is something the two clubs have been unable to do all summer.
