Two Championship rivals reportedly made bids for Aston Villa winger Albert Adomah in January.

According to a report from Birmingham Live, two Championship sides saw bids for Aston Villa winger Albert Adomah rejected during the January transfer window.
Adomah’s future with the Villans appears to be uncertain. Birmingham Live reports that he is out of contract in the summer, and despite approaching the club several terms about a new deal over the last year, Villa have decided to hold off on any talks for the time-being.
Birmingham Live have added that Adomah rejected the chance to join Leeds United in the summer, and two January offers from Championship rivals were turned down.
It must be noted that it is not clear from the report whether Villa or Adomah himself made the decision to snub the bids during the previous window.

The 31-year-old has done his chances of earning a new deal with Villa little harm in the last month, with goals coming against Stoke City and former club Middlesbrough.
However, with the wide-man perhaps considered a divisive figure amongst the fans, it may not be a huge surprise if Dean Smith decides to let him go at the end of the campaign as he gears up for his first summer at the helm at Villa Park.
His form has not been at the same level it was at in the previous two campaigns. And if he is earning good money, then perhaps Smith may decide that those funds could be put to better use.
