Morelos has struggled in his first four Rangers matches this season.

The 22-year-old has failed to impress so far this season, with huge added weight placed on the Colombian’s shoulders as he is given the task of leading Rangers’ attack into battle under Steven Gerrard.
Starting all of Gerrard’s five games in charge, Morelos has managed just one goal against NK Osijek and was sent off after just 12 minutes on Sunday during Rangers’ last-gasp draw against Aberdeen.
Morelos was reportedly on the shortlist of clubs from France, Turkey and the Chinese Super League in the January transfer window, after scoring 18 goals in his debut season in Scottish football.

Indeed, the Colombia youth international’s performances were enough to keep Eduardo Herrera and Jason Cummings out of the side for the entirety of the 2017-18 season.
But now, Morelos is said to be “on the shelves” of both top-tier French clubs and with three years left on his contract at Ibrox, Gerrard could be tempted to sell after his red card on Sunday at Pittodrie.
