The Tottenham Hotspur striker spent last season on loan with Fenerbahce.
According to a report from Turkish media outlet Aspor, Fenerbahce remain keen on bringing Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen back to the club on loan this summer, but the two club are miles apart in their respective valuations of the player.
The 24-year-old joined Spurs from AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £17 million, but he desperately failed to establish himself in north London, scoring just six goals in 39 appearances in all competitions.
He was the farmed out to Fenerbahce on loan last season, and he didn’t fare much better in Turkey, with just five goals in 18 appearances in all competitions to his name.

In spite of that, the Super Lig outfit want Janssen back this season, according to Aspor, but there is a problem.
Tottenham are demanding a £5.3 million loan fee for the Holland international’s services, whilst Fenerbahce are only prepared to pay £1.8 million.
That is obviously a rather substantial difference, so if Janssen is to move back to Turkey this season, there will surely have to be some kind of compromise reached between the two clubs.
The former AZ Alkmaar hitman obviously found the jump up in quality and intensity in the Premier League to be a step too far, and he seems much more suited to the pedestrian nature of the Turkish top flight.
Whether Spurs will budge on their asking price for the Dutchman, though, remains to be seen.
