The Tottenham Hotspur academy product has spent the past four months on loan to Portsmouth.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Anton Walkes is keen on a return to Fratton Park next season, according to the Portsmouth News.
The newspaper published fresh quotes from Kenny Jackett on Thursday, in which the Portsmouth manager admitted the Tottenham right-back “fits the profile of the younger type player” he is looking to sign during the summer transfer window.
Walkes moved to Portsmouth on a deal until the end of the season in January, and played 12 times for the League One side before having his campaign curtailed by injury last month.

According to Jackett, however, the 21-year-old is doing the bulk of his rehabilitation down on the south coast, returning to Spurs on Mondays.
Walkes still has another year to run on his Tottenham contract, but could see his path blocked by Kieran Trippier, Serge Aurier and Kyle Walker-Peters should he choose to remain in north London.
Jackett spent time coaching Spurs’ youth sides before his appointment at Fratton Park last year.
