According to Calciomercato, Tottenham are going to make another attempt to sign Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic in 2022.
What’s the story?
Well, Fabio Paratici is a big fan of the 21-year-old, who enjoyed a fantastic 2020/21 campaign for the Serie A side.
Vlahovic scored 21 goals in 40 appearances, prompting Tottenham to make an offer according to Calciomercato.
Now, Calciomercato believe Spurs will try to sign the 10-cap Serbia international once again.
However, Fiorentina value their No.9 at no less than €70m (£60.2m), so Daniel Levy must be prepared to splash the cash.
Calciomercato believe Atlético Madrid and Juventus are also keen to sign Vlahovic – Tottenham clearly have a fight on their hands.
Is Dusan Vlahovic worth the money for Tottenham?

If Paratici is going to sign anyone for around £60m next summer, it should be Vlahovic – he could be worth double in no time.
The Serbian has likened himself to Erling Braut Håland, and should he follow a similar trajectory to the Norwegian, Spurs will consider £60m to be a bargain in no time.
Vlahovic has already scored five goals in six outings so far this season, picking up where he left off last term.

He is a tall, powerful but pacey frontman who looks genuinely tailor made for English football.
Coincidentally, if we were to make a comparison ourselves, we’d liken him to Harry Kane – the pair share a similar build, and are equally lethal finishers.
Even if Kane stays in north London next season, Tottenham should definitely move to sign Vlahovic – he’s a future superstar, in our view.
