Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are amongst the sides interested in Morgan Gibbs-White, who is currently on Wolverhampton Wanderers’ books.

Gibbs-White is one of the brightest prospects currently coming through at Molineux, making his first-team debut at the age of 16 earlier this year and going on to make seven appearances in the Championship during Paul Lambert’s time in charge.
Though the 17-year-old is yet to feature under new boss Nuno Espirito Santo, Gibbs-White helped put himself on the map earlier this year as he was part of the England side that won the under-17 World Cup, with the teenager scoring in the final.
And it appears that his emergence has not gone unnoticed by some top flight sides, with The Sun reporting that Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool are all keen on the midfielder who is out of contract at Molineux in 2019.
The Sun adds that the Reds are plotting a £5 million bid for Gibbs-White, so it would appear that they are leading the chase for his signature – though it remains to be seen whether Tottenham or Arsenal make their own move if Liverpool cement their interest with a bid.
The Sun also suggests that Gibbs-White may be tempted by the opportunity to move, but given the success that Wolves have enjoyed under Nuno, it may not be a surprise if they are able to put a lucrative deal in front of him in January, when they are able to discuss a new contract, and are able to offer an exciting project.
Wolves currently top the Championship table, and the Daily Mirror recently suggested that the club’s owners plan to offer the manager a limitless transfer budget, so it certainly appears that there are exciting times ahead at the club.
Whether that will be enough however, to persuade Gibbs-White to commit his future to Wolves if the likes of Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal come calling remains to be seen.
