Spurs are bringing players to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer after two windows bereft of signings.
Tottenham Hotspur have turned down the opportunity to move for Paulo Dybala, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.
The Juventus and Argentina forward has been linked with a departure from the Turin giants this season and a number of clubs across Europe are reportedly interested in his signature – but not Spurs, it seems.
Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are believed to be keen on Dybala, as are Liverpool, with Tuttomercatoweb stating in March that the Reds have a “serious” interest in the Albiceleste star.
However, Calciomercato has stated that Tottenham, along with fellow Premier League side Manchester City, have not thrown their names into the hat for La Joya, who boasts an impressive record of 78 goals and 30 assists in 182 Juve appearances, according to Transfermarkt.
Dybala – who according to the Daily Mail is valued between £70million and £90million – endured a tricky campaign in 2018-19, his form taking a dip partly due to what Calciomercato deemed a “delicate” situation with previous Bianconeri head coach Massimiliano Allegri, who has been replaced by Maurizio Sarri.
Spurs recently signed Tanguy Ndombele for a reported club-record £60million (Metro), as well as Jack Clarke for a reported £8.5million (talkSPORT), and are believed to be nearing a £45million move for Real Betis ace Giovani Lo Celso (The Sun).
