Spurs have sought to bring Sessegnon to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a while now.

Tottenham Hotspur are expecting to complete the signing of Fulham full-back and long-time target Ryan Sessegnon on Thursday, according to Sky Sports News.
The 19-year-old is believed to have been sought after by Spurs for a while now and if the most recent reports are true, the saga is set to come to an end on transfer deadline day.
Sky Sports News claims that all parties are believed to be hopeful that a deal can finally be concluded for the exciting Englishman, though no fee has been quoted in the aforementioned report.
That same report claimed that Tottenham were hoping to strike a £25million deal and a later report by The Independent suggests that the latter value was indeed the one agreed.

Sessegnon enjoyed a wonderful breakthrough season at Fulham in 2017-18 as the Cottagers surged into the Championship’s top six and triumphed in the playoffs.
Despite a tough 2018-19 season for the West Londoners, the teenager nonetheless did well, scoring two goals and providing six assists in 35 appearances.
Sessegnon subsequently featured for England Under-21s during this summer’s European Championships and his stock looks set to continue rising ever higher.
